Imperium Cartel/Pandemic Horde (2 days now) Cartel has moved 4 times in 9 months and just joined its 4th alliance, im sick of this shit and want some stability.

Staggering spreads the neut so they dont go all at the same time and makes the neuting more even and effective against ships with high cap recharge

lets say im flyin a cynabal with 720s....and there is a frig behind me with a follow command....then basicly he is following me in a straight line then his transversal is shit and i sould be able to blap him.
but in a brawl senario like in a vagabond id say try mabe a tight orbit try to get in close.
Then again im not famous for solo pvp and tend to fly in groups.
